Real Estate Services Manager - Primary Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, maintain, and manage a diverse client portfolio with Municipalities and WisDOTManage municipal/DOT clients' real estate needs, including:Acquisition cost estimatingAppraisalNegotiationAcquisition/RelocationSetting and maintaining project budgets and overseeing projectsLead, mentor, and develop staff and a team of real estate professionalsOther duties as assigned

Real Estate Services Manager - Skills and Requirements:
5 years experience in Transportation real estate/right-of-way services: appraisal, negotiation, and acquisitionWisDOT approved Appraiser, or ability to obtain within one monthWisDOT approved Negotiator, or ability to obtain within one monthNotary Public, or ability to obtainFamiliarity with WisDOT Real Estate Program ManualUnderstanding and experience with real estate laws, eminent domain principles and practices, the Uniform Act, and NEPA.Ability to flex hours to include evenings and weekends as neededApplicable U.S. based work experience.
