POSITION SUMMARY
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational accounts payable support, reconciling, processing and matching invoices and payments along with researching any discrepancies. This full-time, onsite position is based in Onalaska, WI, working Monday through Friday.
Additional responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyVerify and reconcile purchase receipts with invoicesPrepare and execute payment runsResolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departmentsPrepare reports for internal and external useAssist accounts payable team in process enhancements and automationMaintain electronic files and documentation thoroughly and accuratelyOther projects or duties as assigned

Position Requirements
High School diploma required, college degree in accounting strongly preferred0-4 years of experience Advanced computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office programsMust be detail oriented and have strong work ethicExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
