You will oversee global chemical regulatory strategies, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations across multiple jurisdictions. You will also lead regulatory submissions, interface with government agencies, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and drive business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develops and implements regulatory strategies, policies and procedures to ensure global compliance with TSCA, REACH, and other applicable chemical regulations.Monitors, interprets, and communicates changes in relevant laws, regulations, and standards.Advises management on regulatory risks, impact and recommends mitigation strategies.Ensures company-wide adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Prepares, submits, and manages regulatory filings, reports, and approvals with relevant authorities.

Qualifications
10+ years in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related role within the chemical industry5+ years of experience in a regulatory leadership/management roleBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related fieldRegulatory affairs certifications such as RAC, IRCA or equivalent credentialsIn-depth knowledge of TSCA, REACH, and other global chemical regulationsProven experience in regulatory submissions, risk assessment, and compliance managementExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience leading global, cross functional teams and projectsKnowledge of regulatory software tools and compliance management systemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesOccasional domestic/international travel
