Position Summary:
Assist Building Facilities Manager by performing a variety of tasks keeping the building and grounds clean and orderly.
Hours: Part Time / Temporary Summer Associate
Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.Lawn Care and maintenance at times using power equipment.Gather and empty trash.Mix water and detergents to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies either manually or by using hand trucks.Painting interior and exterior areas of the facilityOther duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications required:
Education: Current High School EnrollmentEducation: High School Diploma (preferred)Experience: One year prior work experience in any field or industry
Preferred Skills, Education and/ or Certifications required:
One year of previous lawncare, painting or cleaning experience (preferred)Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite(Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
