We're presenting an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Ecommerce Product Manager to join our team! The Sr. Ecommerce Product Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of the digital customer experience across NBF.com and Amazon Marketplace, owning key platforms like Magento and BloomReach. This role supports business growth by using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration to improve conversion rates, boost average order value, and enhance the overall user experience.

Here's a General Overview of What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across NBF.com and Amazon Marketplace platformsDefine and execute the eCommerce product roadmap aligned with business goalsManage and mentor a local team focused on UX, analytics, digital merchandising, and database managementCollaborate with global development teams to deliver high-performing digital solutionsOptimize key customer experience touchpoints including search, navigation, product pages, and checkoutDrive growth through data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking of KPIs like conversion rate and average order valuePartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to align initiativesPromote agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvementCommunicate progress, learnings, and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of experience in Ecommerce Product Management, with a strong track record of delivering impactful digital experiencesProven expertise working with both front-end and back-end systems, including MagentoProficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to inform product decisionsExceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Nice to Have:
Experience with BloomReach, Amazon Marketplace, PIM systems, and SQL
