This Opportunity:
Join an exceptional team dedicated to growing our Highway Engineering practice throughout the state of WisconsinManage all phases on highway projects including planning, design, and constructionDevelop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionalsMaintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion, and help build and strengthen new client relationshipsProvide valuable mentorship to junior engineers and designers
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineeringLicensed Professional Engineer in the state of WIStrong experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and constructionWisDOT experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Located in Chippewa Falls, WI or surrounding areasA minimum of seven (5) or more years of previous experience specializing in highway and transportation planning, design and constructionA minimum of five (3) years project management experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and constructionKnowledgeable of Wisconsin regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with the municipal government client basePrevious experience in proposal and client management; demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposalsMust reside in the state of Wisconsin or surrounding areasAbility to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, business development excursions, on-site inspections/visits, etc
