The caulker is responsible for the installation of sealants/caulking systems on precast buildings and ramps.
$26.00-$44.00 an hour. Based on experience.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
2 Years Prior experience in sealants applicationPrecast Concrete ExperiencePossession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicleMust have interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managersUnderstand safety requirements to maintain a safe job siteMust always carry self in a professional mannerConstruction site knowledgeAbility to work with others to get the project completed efficientlyMust be motivated and self-driven to complete a taskUnderstand and accepts changes that are implemented to become Best-in-ClassQuality Minded
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionallyPhysically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequentlyAbility to move around for up to 12 hours per dayAbility to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently
