You will support inventory management of assigned customers by processing orders, reviewing stocking levels and driving continuous improvement activity. Collaborate frequently with customer and internal departments to ensure the ePlus inventory program is meeting the needs of the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes replenishment orders through the Trackpoint software and ERP system through automated replenishments and/or creating manual orders Reviews open orders and enters expedite requests based on customer required due dates Sets up and maintains items in the Trackpoint software, including deactivating items Collaborates with internal and customer analysts to make recommendations for increases or decreases, including reviewing at-risk items to prevent stock outsMonitors item shelf life and collaborates with customer to remove items from inventory and recommend changes to stocking levels Troubleshoots order and inventory issues to identify root cause and determine actions required to resolve issue, including training to eliminate future occurrences

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of related industrial experience and/or training Ability to work Pacific Time business hours Associate degree (college or technical) in a related field of study preferred Ability to learn and apply expertise on the ePlus application and processes and is an educational resource to others Demonstrated ability to drives change through process improvement efforts. Experienced in working collaboratively across the organization to ensure the program is functioning as documented for specific customers Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and different departments to identify solutions to issues Demonstrated ability to provide positive customer experiences
Travel
Less than 5% of the time - May be asked to travel to customer on an infrequent basis.
