Join our dynamic team as a Production Supervisor in our Top Load Washer Sub-Assembly division, where you'll inspire and guide a talented team toward operational excellence. This leadership role offers the perfect blend of hands-on management and strategic thinking, allowing you to make a real impact on our production success.
Position Overview: As a key leader in our organization, you'll champion our team's success by fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will directly influence production efficiency, team development, and operational excellence.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM Additional overtime opportunities available on Fridays

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Proven track record of inspiring and leading high-performing teams1-3 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environmentsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen, Kanban)Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations (preferred)
