Technology Services Technician - Primary Responsibilities:
Provide front line contact support and management of support requests and client needs.Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.Deploy new hardware and software as needed based on the standards developed.Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation for support needs.

Technology Services Technician - Skills and Requirements:
Associate degree in a computer science-related field from a U.S. accredited college or university, or a minimum of two years Desktop Service experience. Three years of experience is preferred.CAD drafting or design software experience is a plus. Applicable U.S. based work experience.
